Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LixBlogs, operated by Elixpo (Ayushman Bhattacharya). By accessing or using LixBlogs, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. Sign-in is provided by Elixpo Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, maintaining accurate information, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or misuse another person's account.

The service

LixBlogs provides tools to draft, collaborate on, publish, discover, and analyze written content. Features may include organizations, collections, media storage, creator analytics, badges, paid content controls, and optional connected services. Features and limits can change as the platform develops; material plan changes will be reflected on the Pricing page.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LixBlogs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service according to your publishing settings.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit, including text, images, links, trademarks, personal information, and collaborative contributions. You remain responsible for your content and its consequences.

Deleting content ends this license except where copies remain in caches or backups, were shared or retained by others, must be kept for legal or security reasons, or are necessary to resolve a dispute.

Collaboration and organizations

Story owners and organization administrators control invitations and roles. Inviting someone may expose unpublished content to that person. Collaborators grant the story owner and LixBlogs the permissions necessary to retain and publish their accepted contributions as part of the story.

You must not use roles, invitations, publications, or organization names to misrepresent authority or affiliation. Organization owners are responsible for member access and content published under their organization.

Acceptable use

You may not use LixBlogs to:

• break the law or encourage illegal activity;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• publish harassment, credible threats, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
• distribute malware, phishing, spam, deceptive links, or coordinated manipulation;
• scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security and platform limits except where law or the open-source license expressly permits;
• automate activity in a way that disrupts the service or misrepresents genuine engagement;
• upload secrets, payment credentials, or personal data you are not authorized to disclose.

We may restrict distribution, remove content, disable integrations, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Media and storage

Plans may impose account, organization, per-story, file-size, or usage limits. You are responsible for keeping copies of important media. Optimization may change file format, dimensions, quality, or metadata while preserving its intended presentation.

If you connect personal Cloudinary storage, you authorize LixBlogs to upload and delete LixBlogs media in the selected product environment. Existing files are not automatically moved when you switch providers. Provider quotas, billing, availability, and asset recovery remain your responsibility.

Connected services

Cloudinary, LixRL, Elixpo Accounts, Elixpo Pay, and other optional integrations are separate services governed by their own terms. Connecting a service authorizes LixBlogs to exchange the information and perform the actions described during connection and in the Privacy Policy.

Pollinations image generation spends the Pollen balance and budget you approve directly with Pollinations. You are responsible for provider charges, prompts, generated output, and ensuring that you have rights to use any reference image. Each generation is an explicit request; failures, moderation decisions, rate limits, or provider availability do not guarantee a refund from LixBlogs.

You can disconnect optional integrations, but completed actions may remain with the provider. In particular, existing LixRL links can remain active, and personal Cloudinary assets must be removed before the connection that manages them can be deleted.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Current prices, included limits, and availability appear on the Pricing page. Prices may vary by region and may exclude taxes or provider charges where applicable. Checkout is processed by Elixpo Pay and its payment providers. Any additional payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms shown during checkout form part of your purchase.

Cancellation and renewal are governed by the controls and terms presented by Elixpo Pay during checkout. If the required control is unavailable, contact hello@elixpo.com for assistance. Downgrading can prevent new activity above free limits and may require you to reduce stored content or usage.

Features marked Coming soon, preview, beta, or experimental are not part of the currently delivered paid entitlement and may change or never launch.

Moderation and reports

Users may report content or accounts. We may review content and related records, but we do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or that all objectionable content will be detected. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact hello@elixpo.com with enough information to identify the material and your basis for the request.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep LixBlogs available, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, search-engine indexing, audience reach, analytics completeness, or the continued availability of a third-party integration.

Open source and trademarks

The LixBlogs source code is available under MIT WITH Elixpo-trademarks. The code license does not grant permission to use the names or branding Elixpo, LixBlogs, LixEditor, or LixSketch for a derivative service. See the repository license.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LixBlogs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixpo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or failures caused by users, internet services, or third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using LixBlogs and revoke the application through Elixpo Accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation, security risk, legal requirement, or prolonged service discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continuing to use LixBlogs after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
